01: The scent is very refreshing. I am using it as a body spray before a workout class and it is working well.

03: The lemongrass scent is my favourite. I am using this at bedtime and applying it across my tight trapezius muscles. The scent is calming especially before falling asleep.

07: A mild woodsy scent. I am using this as a massage oil for tight muscles where 03 is not applied.

42: A very useful product. I am keeping it in my gym bag and spray it on my trainers post workout. I prefer the cooling scent of this blend over other commercial shoe sprays.

45: The minty scent and the stimulating astringent properties of this cleanser is invigorating. I really enjoy using this item post-exercise.

Brightening Face Serum: A subtle citrus-y scent which is pleasant. I like it because it is non-greasy. I am applying it at bedtime.

Muscle Soak Bath Salts/Himalayan Salt: Spicy fragrance which is relaxing. I am not a bath person but tried it at the end of the day hoping it would help with post-exercise muscle tightness and possibly alleviate some pressure of chronic pain due to nerve impingements. To my bewilderment and gratitude, I experienced pain relief due to my neuropathies. Use was repeated every night with the same results. I will auto-subscribe this product.
